accommodate whichever program works best for your company Lot Buy Program The lot buy works best for companies that need to get old or obsolete
products or inventory out of the warehouse and off the books quickly. Zak
Enterprises will provide an accurate assessment on the value of your excess
inventory and provide a fair bid for that inventory. If our bid is accepted, Zak
Enterprises will send over a team to pick up the inventory for local customers
or will arrange with a freight company for pick up of the excess inventory for
customers not in the immediate vicinity.
Revenue Sharing Program
The revenue sharing program works best for companies who
are looking to make a little higher rate of return in exchange for immediate
sale of the inventory. Zak Enterprises has significant experience in consigning
and selling our customers inventory and provides a detailed, accurate audit
trail on all materials consigned to us. Upon receipt of the inventory we do a
physical inventory documenting the quantity and quality of all items received.
Upon completion of the physical inventory we provide a written report of the
data collected for your review. Any discrepancies are resolved at this time
before we transfer the inventory to the secure, consignment section of our
warehouse. Once the inventory is received by our consignment group it is entered
in to our inventory database and made available to our customers to buy. Once an
acceptable bid is made on your inventory, we sell and ship the product to the
buyer. All logistics and financial arrangements are handled by Zak Enterprises.
At the end of every month we provide a detailed report of product sold, product
still in inventory ready to be sold, and most importantly a check to you for
product sold in the previous month.

freight companies to provide nationwide service.
Our intent is to make every transaction as easy as possible
for our customers. After deciding what type of engagement model is best for your
company, either we buy your inventory or we sell your inventory on consignment,
Zak Enterprises takes over from there with minimal involvement required on your
behalf. We send out a truck and a team to pick up the inventory, provide the
agreed upon paperwork, then we provide a detailed settlement report with a check
